麦秸秆与烟煤燃烧过程与燃烧特性比较

摘　　要：利用热重分析仪对麦秸秆、烟煤的燃烧过程与燃烧特性进行比较研究,结果表明:麦秸秆与烟煤的燃烧过程均可分为三个阶段,麦秸秆的着火温度、燃尽温度较烟煤低,可燃性指数C及综合燃烧特性指数S比烟煤高。采用积分法(Coats-Redfern方程)计算得到各阶段燃烧反应的机理方程及相应的活化能参数,麦秸秆的主要燃烧阶段采用n=2拟合较好,而烟煤采用n=1拟合效果较佳。The combustion process and charactristics of the wheat straw and soft coal were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer.The results showed that the combustion process of the wheat straw and coal can be divided into three phases.The ignition and termination temperature of the wheat straw is lower than that of coal, but it＇s flammability index C,Comprehensive combustion characteristic index S is higher than that of coal. Both of the combustion reaction equation during the different combustion periods and the corresponding kinetics parameter E was calculated by the Coats-Redfern equation.The main combustion stage of wheat straw with n=2 fitting is good,while the soft coal is better fitting with n=1.
