摘　　要：以就业为导向,以岗位需求为原则,对高职高专《石油加工生产技术》课程进行改革。以企业岗位调研为课程建设的出发点,以培养学生企业能力为目标,重新建设高职高专石油炼制方向的汽柴油生产技术专业课程,实现校企共建,并在课程实施中初显成效,为后续的课程完善指明了改进的方向。Taking the employment as the guidance,and the post requirements as the principle,the paper makes a reform on petroleum production technology curriculum. With the enterprise post investigation as the starting point of curriculum construction and cultivating students＇ enterprises ability as the goal,the paper reconstructs the direction of professional courses of gasoline and diesel oil refining production technology,in order to achieve cooperation between colleges and enterprises,which were achieved in curriculums implementation. It is also a direction to improve the curriculums in the future.
