我院2013年外科病区厄他培南的用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解并评价厄他培南在我院外科病区临床用药的效果及安全性,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2013年6–12月外科病区使用厄他培南的患者病历进行筛选,最终纳入研究的共计132例。对患者使用厄他培南的用药指征、用法用量、病原学检查以及药品不良反应等方面进行调查分析。结果:132例患者使用厄他培南后的治疗有效率为84.85%,有29例患者发生了药品不良反应,用药疗程大于14 d的共计13例(9.84%)。结论:厄他培南对需氧G+菌和G-菌均有效,其经验性术后给药和不规范使用应引起关注,以避免产生耐药菌。Objective：To evaluate the efifcacy and safety of ertapenem in surgical department of our hospital, and provide references for clinical drug use.Methods：The medical records of the patients who received ertapenem between June 2013 and December 2013 in surgical department were screened, and 132 cases were enrolled for retrospective analysis. The data were analyzed in respect of the indications of ertapenem, usage and dosage, pathogenic examination and adverse drug reactions （ADRs）.Results：Out of the 132 patients included in analysis, the effective rate was 84.85%. There were 29 cases of ADRs, and 13 patients （9.84%） whose treatment durations were more than 14 days.Conclusion：The treatment with ertapenem had signiifcant effect on patients with infection of gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It should be paid more attention to empirical postoperation treatment and nonstandard treatment of ertapenem for avoiding the occurrence of drug-resistant strain.
