摘 要:脑微透析是一种微创取样技术,具有多位点、实时取样和可在线等优点,在脑部药物监测中越来越受到关注。脑微透析技术为脑部药物浓度的监测提供了一种有效的新途径,可为新药研发与临床合理用药提供科学依据,在脑部给药系统研究中,特别是药动学及药效学研究中优势显著,具有很好的应用前景。本文综述了有关脑部微透析技术的特点及发展,介绍了脑微透析技术在药物监测研究中的进展,分别归纳了微透析技术在实验动物和临床患者中的应用情况。Brain microdialysis is a living and minimally invasive sampling technique, which has many advantages, such as multi-sites, real-time sampling and on-line analysis. Nowadays, more and more researchers focus on its application in the study of drug disposition in the brain. Microdialysis is a promising method for monitoring concentrations of the drugs in the brain, and may provide a scientiifc basis in drug research and development and clinically rational use of drugs. In the research of brain drug delivery system, microdialysis has a wide range of application prospect, especially for pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics research. In this article, we reviewed the characteristics and development of brain microdialysis, introduced the progress of this technique in drug monitoring, and the application in laboratory animals and patients in clinic.
