碘佛醇注射液过敏试验致严重过敏性休克1例

摘　　要：1例41岁女性患者因腹部隐痛行盆腔增强CT检查。在医生给予其碘佛醇注射液1 m L做过敏试验后40 min,患者出现憋气、恶心、呕吐、面色苍白,四肢发凉,血压测不到。即刻静脉注射地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、肾上腺素注射液,并数次静脉使用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、多巴胺注射液、呋塞米注射液、氯化钠注射液等药物对症治疗。12 h后患者各项生命体征平稳。A 41-year-old female patient with abdominal pain received pelvic cavity enhanced CT. Ioversol injection （1 mL） was used for ioversol hypersensitive test. Forty minutes later, the patient appeared dyspnea, nausea, vomiting, pale, coolness of extremities and undetectable blood pressure. The patient was given intravenous injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and epinephrine immediately, and intravenous infusion of methylprednisolone sodium succinate, dopamine, furosemide and sodium chloride for several times. Twelve hours later, the patient＆#39;s vital signs recovered.
