摘 要:通过溶胶凝胶法合成MnFe2O4/埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)磁性复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),震动样品磁强(VSM),对磁性纳米复合材料的表面结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,MnFe2O4纳米粒子成功负载到HNTs的表面,磁性埃洛石纳米管(MHNTs)表现出较好的磁性性能,其饱和磁化强度是24.2031emu/g。通过实验研究复合材料不同用量,pH,浓度和温度对罗丹明B吸附性能的影响。研究表明,选择投加量为0.05g,去除率可接近100%,吸附量达到9.95mg/g;pH对吸附量影响甚小,实验选择原始pH;吸附量随着初始浓度的增大而增大,随着温度的提高而减小,表明该吸附过程是放热反应。The MnFe2O4/ halloysite magnetic composites were prepared by sol-gel method,and then scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) were used to characterize the surface structure and properties of the magnetic composites.The results indicated that MnFe2O4 magnetic particles loaded successfully on the surface of HNTs,and the magnetic halloysite nanotubes(MHNTs) which had a saturated magnetization of 24.2031 emu/g showed strong magnetism.The adsorption performances of MHNTs to Rhodamine-B were investigated by batch mode experiments with respect to quantity of adsorbent,pH,concentration and temperature.Results of the study showed that the removal rate was close to 100% and adsorption quantity was 9.95 mg/g when dosing quantity was 0.05 g.The initial pH was chosen finally because pH had little influence on adsorption performance.The adsorption quantity would increase with the growth of initial concentration and would decrease with the increase of temperature.This phenomenon showed that the adsorption process was an exothermic reaction.
