摘  要:为了减轻城市噪声对人们日常生活带来的影响,提高城市噪声管理的水平及科学性,对城市声环境功能区中一、二类混合区域的划分进行了研究。针对"混合区"划分过程中存在的模糊性特点,运用模糊综合评价原理,选取适当的评价指标,引入"三标度法"确定了各指标的权重,并结合GIS技术的空间数据采集、储存、管理、查询和分析能力,建立GIS模糊综合评价模型,实现了城市声功能"混合区"的批量划分及可视化,最后将模型应用于某市的声环境功能区划分中,使划分结果更科学、客观。To reduce the impact of urban noise on people's daily life and enhance the management level of urban noise,the classification of mixed zones of 1 and 2 in urban sound functional areas was studied.Based on the fuzzy feature of the division of urban sound functional areas,GIS fuzzy evaluation model was established by selecting proper parameters and combining GIS spatial data acquisition,storage,management,query and analysis abilities.Three scale AHP method was employed to determine the parameters in weight functions.Hence,the classification and visualization of urban sound environment functional areas division were well achieved.Finally,the new model was applied to one specific city and the results were more objective and scientific.
