摘  要:根据正交试验原理,以结合强度为指标,烧结时间、烧结温度、涂层厚度这三个涂装工艺为因素,进行试验,得到了较佳涂装工艺:烧结温度380℃,烧结时间40min,涂层厚度0.4mm。结果表明,涂装工艺经过优化后,涂层结合强度明显提高,并对界面进行微观观察,发现涂层与基体结合紧密,无缺陷。According to the principle of orthogonal test,taking bonding strength as target,and the sintering time,sintering temperature and coating thickness as factors to find out a relatively good coating process.The process was sintering temperature 380 ℃,sintering time 40 min and coating thickness 0.4mm.The results showed that bonding strength was improved significantly after coating process optimized.Microscopic observation of the interface showed that the coating and substrate were combined closely and there was no defect in the coat.
