摘 要:发电机内冷水系统中由于二氧化碳的溶入并不断累积产生的问题日渐突出。通过理论分析了二氧化碳与氢电导率及pH的关系,利用动态模拟试验台,采用电化学方法研究了不同二氧化碳量对发电机内冷水铜导线腐蚀的影响。提出用氢电导率对二氧化碳含量进行表征,在监测内冷水水质时,对氢电导率进行监测,控制氢电导率在0.1μS/cm以下,以提高对铜的缓蚀保护效果和内冷水pH在线测量的准确性。At present,the problem of carbon dioxide dissolation and continuous accumulation in the generator inner cooling water is increasingly outstanding.The relationships of cation conductivity(CC)and pH with carbon dioxide was theoretically analyzed.And the influence of carbon dioxide at different degree contents on the corrosion of copper conductor in the generator inner cooling water was studied by electrochemical method and using a dynamic simulation experiment set.The results showed that it was appropriate to utilize the cation conductivity to represent the content of dissolved carbon dioxide and to supervise and control the cation conductivity below 0.1μS/cm when inner cooling water was supervised so as to improve the corrosion protection effect of copper and veracity of on-line measurement of pH.
