摘  要:针对高压隔离开关操作力矩过大引起支柱绝缘子断裂的问题,采用电阻应变测量技术对GW6-252型隔离开关操作绝缘子进行了动态应变测试,分析了三相绝缘子应变大小及分布特性,测试了隔离开关机构卡涩、合闸不到位、平衡弹簧故障情况下的绝缘子应变.结果表明:隔离开关动作过程中,操作绝缘子上节顶端承受扭转应力最大;三相连杆安装调试不当、传动和转动机构卡涩会导致绝缘子异常受力,其最大应力可达正常动作情况下的4.3倍,接近绝缘子的破坏应力.Large operating force of high voltage disconnector will cause fracture accident to the post insulator.The dynamic strain curves of rotating insulators for GW6-252 type disconnector were measured by resistance strain measuring technique,and the strain magnitude and distribution characteristics were analyzed.The strain curves of rotating insulators in condition of clamping stagnation,incompletely switch-on and balancing spring failure were measured.The results indicate that the position of maximum torsional stress appears at the top porcelain column of upper insulator.Improper installation,clamping stagnation of driving and rotating mechanism may cause abnormal stress to the insulator;the maximum stress may be up to 4.3times of that in normal operating condition,which is close to the failure stress of the insulator.
