摘  要:针对化学辅助除磷过程中化学、生物同时作用机理进行实验研究.结果表明:化学辅助除磷过程中发生生物与化学协同作用;化学絮凝剂对活性污泥生物絮体除磷作用既有正面影响也有负面影响,投药量/总磷初始量<30时,投药量/总磷初始量与总磷去除率间呈线性关系,总磷去除率最高达到84.44%;化学絮凝剂的投加使活性污泥混合液电导率由51.14ms/m增加到52.30 ms/m,颗粒表面电位由-13.2 mV降到-9.1mV,有利于胶体脱稳沉淀和电性中和作用的发挥,对污泥沉降性能影响不明显;化学絮凝剂与活性污泥生物絮体表面发生了化学反应,使絮体表面孔隙明显减少,絮体更加密实;投药量超过10mg时,生物絮体胞外聚合物总量减少,蛋白质和多糖的比例提高,核酸比例降低,增强了生物絮体的桥联作用.The mechanism of auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal was researched by experiments in view of the simultaneity of chemical function and biological function.It′s suggested that there is biological and chemistry synergistic function in the process of auxiliary chemical phosphorus removal.Both positive and negative effects on activated sludge flocs are made by chemical flocculant.When Dosage/TP initial value 30,biological and chemical synergistic function is enhanced with the increase of dosage and the highest removal efficiency is 84.44%.It is proved that chemical flocculant is advantageous to the colloid precipitation and electrical neutralization.The electrical conductivity of activated sludge mixture is increased from 51.14ms/m to 52.30ms/m.The particle surface potential is reduced from-13.2mV to-9.1 mV.Surface porosity is decreased significantly and flocs became more compact by the chemical reactions happened on the surface of activated sludge flocs.It is found that the effect of chemical flocculant on the sedimentation performance of is not obvious.When chemical flocculants dosage10mg,EPS amount is reduced,the proportions of protein and polysaccharide is increased,the proportion of nucleic acid is decreased and the bridging function of flocs is enhanced.
