摘 要:以发动机缸体为对象,本文研究了复杂结构试验模态参数的精确识别方法。基于缸体有限元模型的模态分析结果,采用预试验方法确定模态试验测点布置方案;利用模态置信度MAC、模态相位共线性MPC以及平均相位偏移MPD等指标检验模态识别精度;基于变形协调原理利用结构分析软件对试验模态进行模态扩展分析,得到较好的模态振型识别精度。Taking engine block as an example, the precise identification method of test modal parameters of complex structure was investigated. Based on modal simulation results of engine block, the sensor layout scheme was determined with pre-test technology supported by LMS Corporation. The precision of experiment mode was verified by the Modal Assurance Criterion(MAC),the Modal Phase Collinearity(MPC),and the Modal Phase Deflection(MPD). In order to view the local mode accurately, based on the deformation consistency principle, test mode was expanded using the existed finite element model by structure analysis software.The better recognition accuracy of mode shape was achieved compared to conventional test modal parameter identification methods.
