摘 要:就卧式液压拉拔机在检验抽油杆拉伸过程中发现的一些问题如自动化程度不高,无法控制做到实时控制拉伸力度、成品率低等,通过分析拉拔机自动监控需求,以89C52单片机为例解释说明拉拔机自动监控系统的工作原理,讲解抽油杆是否已经进入槽内的自动识别技术,拉拔机运行的自动控制技术,以及对抽油杆施加的压力检测技术。从实际使用情况可以看出,新开发的自动监控系统可以有效地提高抽油杆的合格率,并减少资源浪费,其具备诸多优点,如稳定性高,可自动开关拉拔机,不受电磁场等干扰,可根据要求设定参数等。The horizontal hydraulic drawing machine is found in the inspection of sucker rod in the tensile process.
