中医辨证治疗痤疮320例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医辨证治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法对320例痤疮患者进行中医辨证论治,肺经风热证给予枇杷清肺饮加减,肠胃湿热证给予茵陈蒿汤加减,痰瘀互结证给予海藻玉壶汤合桃红四物汤加减。每日1剂,分早、晚2次温服,1周为1个疗程,4个疗程后统计疗效。结果痊愈139例,显效100例,好转61例,无效20例,总有效率为93.75%。结论采用中医辨证治疗痤疮临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the efficacy of TCM in differentiating and treating acne. Methods 320 ca- ses of aene were treated based on syndrome differentiation and treatment determination. Patients with the syndrome of lung wind-heat were given modified Pipaqingfei Potion. Syndrome of stomach and intestines dampness was given modified Yinchenhao Decoction. Syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis was treated with Haizao Yuhu Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction modified. One dose a day,was divided into morning and evening 2 times by warm-taking. 1 week was a course. The efficacy was evaluated after 4 courses. Results 139 cases recovered, 100 cases were significantly effective ,61 cases were valid and 20 cases were unfruitful. The total effective rate was 93.75%. Con- clusion Syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM has determined effect in curing acne.
