摘  要:目的对某20万吨/年焦化工程产生的焦炉煤气制甲醇的职业病危害因素进行监测分析,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并通过检查表分析法评价职业卫生管理措施等。结果经检测,硫化氢、氢氧化钠、氯气、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氰化氢、氨和甲醇的浓度均符合工作场所职业接触限值;合成车间的压缩一、二层及空压厂房的噪声强度超标;工作地点的照度均符合要求。结论该焦炉气制甲醇厂的工作场所及各工种劳动者接触的化学毒物的浓度(强度)均符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求,但针对部分工作地点噪声强度超标的职业病防护设施还需进一步改进。Objective To monitor and analyze occupational hazard factors in a coking project with production of 20 tons/year of a coke oven gas methanol plants and to evaluate preventive measures and effect for occupational hazard. Methods Information and materials were collected through investigation, inspection and health examination of occupational health and occupation health management measures were evaluated by checklist a- nalysis method. Results Concentration levels of hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide, chlorine, carbon mon- oxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia and methanol were within the exposure limitation of working areas. However, noise intensity in synthesis workshop and compression layer one & two was excessive of the limitation. Illuminance of working areas was within the limitation. Conclusion The concentration of chemical poison in the working areas and for the working staff meet the standards according to regulations of the "Exposure Limitation for Occupational Poisonous Substances in Working Areas" and the "Hygienic Standard for Industrial Enterprises", however, the safety protection devices for occupational hazard especially for excessive noise intensity in some working areas need further improvement.
