摘 要:结合CaO-Al2O3二元相图,借用氟化物-多元氧化物准二元系共晶成分的经验计算公式及二元系的摩尔体积公式,选择w(CaO)/w(B2O3)<1.28的低熔点、低密度的CaO-B2O3-Na2O吸附渣系,进行了硅铁吹氧精炼脱铝工艺试验。结果表明,可以有效地将普通硅铁中的铝脱除至0.5%以下,得到精炼硅铁。试验结果也表明,进行空气与氧气的混合气体吹炼时,采用先弱搅拌再强搅拌,最后进行弱搅拌的吹炼模式,有利于提高硅铁吹氧精炼的脱铝效果。According to CaO-Al2O3 phase diagram,using eutectic composition calculation experience formula of quasi binary system of fluoride-multiple oxide and molar volume formula of binary system,CaO-B2O3-Na2 O slag system with low melting point and low density was selected and the dealumnization refining process test of ferrosilicon alloy by blowing oxygen was carried out.The results showed that Al in common ferrosilicon could be removed to below 0.5% efficiently and obtained refined ferrosilicon.The results showed that when blowing with the mixed gases of air and oxygen,the blowing pattern was as follows:first weak stirring,then strong mixing,at the end weak stirring.This blowing pattern was beneficial to improving the dealumination effect of ferrosilicon.
