摘 要:为了更好地进行转炉炉型的控制,在酒钢50t转炉生产中应用固渣护炉技术。通过对转炉终渣成分的调整、对固渣护炉过程操作的优化,提高了固渣护炉后转炉炉衬的抗侵蚀能力,延长了炉衬的寿命,降低了护炉费用。转炉护炉材料(补炉料、喷补料、溅渣料)用量较该工艺优化推广前降低了30%,年节约护炉费用300万元;转炉炉龄提高了4 000炉,实现了转炉炉型的有效控制,杜绝了转炉漏钢事故的发生,同时提高了转炉作业率。For better controlling furnace profile of BOF,the slag splashing technology was applied in 50 tBOF production process in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group.By adjusting the final slag composition of BOF and optimizing the process operations of slag splashing,the anti-erosion ability of BOF lining was improved after slag splashing,the life-span of BOF lining was prolonged and the cost of converter liner protection was decreased.The consumption of converter lining protection materials(fettling mix,gunning material,slag splashing material)was decreased by 30 %than before.The cost of converter lining protection was saved by 3 million RMB per year.The life of the converter was increased by 4 000 heats and the effective control of furnace profile was realized.The leaking accident of converter was precluded and the operating rate of converter was raised.
