摘  要:以双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)为基体树脂,双氰胺(DCA)为固化剂,咪唑为固化促进剂,烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为活性稀释剂,并加入聚氨酯(PU)热熔胶,制备了用于金属的胶粘剂。通过红外光谱分析,凝胶时间、力学性能和耐候性测试研究了配方组成及PU热熔胶胶含量对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明:m(EP)∶m(DCA)∶m(咪唑)=100∶10∶1,ω(AGE)=7%,ω(PU)=30%(基于EP质量),固化条件为100℃/0.5 h,而后140℃/1 h时,可得到粘接强度为32.94 MPa,耐候性优异的金属胶粘剂。The adhesive with high-bonding strenth for metal was prepared using bisphenol A type epoxy resin(EP)as matrix resin,dicyandiamideascuringagent,imidazoleascuringcatalyst,allylglycidylether(AGE) as reactive diluents and adding hot melt polyurethane(PU)adhesive. The effects of formula composition and PU adhesive content on the adhesive properties were investigated by FTIR and testings of gel time,mechanical property and weather resistance. The results showed that the bonding strength of adhesive was 32.94 MPa and the weather resistance was excellent as the conditions as followed:m(EP)∶m(DCA)∶m(imidazole)= 100∶10∶1,mass fractions of allyl glycidyl ether and PU were 7% and 30%(based on the EP weight),respectively and curing at 100 ℃/0.5 h+140 ℃/1 h.
