摘 要:以环氧树脂作为主体树脂,研制了一种成像组件用环氧结构胶,通过力学性能、粘度及凝胶时间测试研究了增韧剂种类、固化剂种类及加入量、固化工艺等对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,采用柔性环氧树脂和环氧酯混配可大大提高该结构胶的冲击韧性,制备的胶粘剂力学性能优良。在23℃/24 h+60℃/3 h的固化条件下,胶粘剂剪切强度可达16.5 MPa,其老化性能好,-55^+60℃循环3次未开胶,并具有优异的剪切强度。A structure adhesive for precise assembly and adjustment of imaging module was developed wth epoxy resin as matrix resin.The effect of toughening agent type, curing agent type and amount, and curing process on the adhesive properties were investigated by the testings of mechanical properties, viscosity and gel time. The results showed that the use of flexible epoxy resin and epoxy esters compounding could greatly improve the toughness of the structural adhesive and the adhesive had excellent mechanical properties. Under the curing conditions of 23 ℃/24 h+60 ℃/3 h, the adhesive shear strength could reach 16.5 MPa. The aging resistance of adhesive was good and without glue from-55 ℃ to +60 ℃ for 3 cycles and had excellent shear strength.
