摘 要:以十一烯酸和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为原料,通过开环反应合成了一种环氧沥青增容剂,采用环氧树脂,基质沥青,固化剂,增容剂及助剂熔融共混,制备环氧沥青结合料。利用FT-IR,离析试验,DMA等对增容剂的分子结构和增容效果进行了表征和研究,讨论了增容剂用量对环氧沥青固化体系的相容性和力学性能的影响,结果表明,增容剂的分子结构含有预期的环氧基和酯基并有效地改善了环氧树脂和沥青的相容性。增容剂质量分数为20%时(基于环氧树脂质量),体系离析降至4.0℃,拉伸强度为2.12 MPa,断裂伸长率为218%,吸水率为0.17,材料性能最优,且满足美国环氧沥青的指标要求。The epoxy asphalt compatibilizer was synthesized by ring opening reaction using undecylenic acid and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as raw materials. The epoxy asphalt binder was prepared by mixing the epoxy resin,asphalt,curing agent,compatibilizer and additives. The structure and effect of compatibilizer were characterized and investigated by FT-IR spectrum,segregation experiments and DMA tests. The results showed that the compatibilizer contained the expected ester group and epoxy group and thus improved the compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt efficiently. The segregation of system with 20% compatibilizer(based on the epoxy resin mass)was down to 4.0 ℃. The tensile strength,elongation at break and water absorption was 2.12 MPa,218% and 0.17,repectively and the epoxy asphalt had optimal performance and met the standard of U.S. technical indicators of epoxy asphalt.
