摘  要:采用轧制方法生产的2Cr13钢带宽度误差较大,易出现侧弯、翘曲等缺陷.通过在冷轧钢带连续热处理过程中增加张力的方式来调节钢带的宽度,探讨不同张力对2Cr13钢带宽度的影响.淬火炉温度1 050~1 080℃,回火炉温度570 ~610℃.当钢带所加载的张力不超过73.5 N时,试样的宽度不发生变化;当张力超过73.5 N时,试样宽度减小.试验结果表明:在冷轧钢带连续热处理过程中引入张力可以提高2Cr13钢带的尺寸精度,并有效降低钢带的侧弯、翘曲等缺陷,提高钢带的平直度.The width error of 2Cr13 produced with cold rolling is big, defects such as lateral bending and warpage occur easily. According to increasing the tension to adjust the width of the steel strip after cold roiling during the continuous heat treatment, the influence of tension to the width of 2Cr13 steel strip is discussed, quenching furnace temperature is 1 050 ~ 1 080 ~C, tempering furnace temperature is 570 ~ 610 ~C. When the tension loaded on the steel strip is no more than 73.5 N, the width of strip does not change, when the tension loaded on the steel strip is more than 73.5 N, the width of sample decreases. The test result shows that increasing the tension could improve the size precision of 2Cr13 steel strip after cold rolling during continuous heat treatment, and also reduce the lateral bending and warpage of the steel strip effectively, improve the flatness of the steel strip.
