茵陈术附汤治疗慢性肝衰竭的临床研究进展

摘　　要：茵陈术附汤来源于《医学心悟》,该方简约、易行、实用,具有温阳散寒、健脾化湿、活血化瘀退黄之功,近年来在治疗慢性肝衰竭上取得良好的临床疗效。此外,通过对茵陈术附汤作用的机制研究,发现该方在治疗慢性肝衰竭阴黄证上也有明显的优势。Yinchenzhufu decoction from ＂Insights of Chinese medicine＂, Yinchenzhufu decoction is simple, easy run and functional, it warms yang for dispelling cold; invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness; activating blood stasis circulation and eliminating jaundice. It is a very effective treatment in clinical curative effect of the chronic hepatic failure in recently years. Besides, we have discovered in the mechanism research of Yinchezhufu decoction that it has competitive advantage in the treatment of the Yin jaundice of the chronic hepatic failure symptom, which is outlined follows：
