摘　　要：为了提高高校学报的办刊水平和刊物质量,确保学术期刊论文的创新性和科学性,加强学术经验交流,编辑人员会认真选择审稿专家,这是高校学报编辑工作的一个关键环节,也决定了期刊水平和质量。文中通过分析审稿专家库建立的重要性,建立一个审稿专家数据库,搜集添加专家信息并不断修改补充和完善,有助于编辑快速准确地选择审稿专家送审,最终保证高校学报编辑部审稿工作的有序开展。In order to improve the running level of the college journal and the quality of journals, ensure the innovations and scientificalness of the academic journals and strengthen the communication of academic experience. editors choose the reviewer carefully, it is a key of editing, it also determines the level and quality of journals. The author introduces the current status of review and and analyzes the importance of reviewers database. Through the establishment of the reviewers database and the addition and perfection of expert information, editors could select reviewers effectively to ensure that reviewing carries out orderly.
