摘　　要：分析发达国家垃圾发电项目建设与运营管理模式的主要特点,结合我国垃圾发电项目发展的实际情况,提出设立专门的监督管理部门,设立垃圾焚烧发电基金,制定针对垃圾发电的专业法规,加强垃圾分类的宣传、实施等相关建议,以期为我国垃圾发电项目的健康发展提供理论借鉴与参考。First, analyzes the main features of the waste incineration power generation projects construction and operation management model in developed countries. Then, combined with the actual situation of waste incineration power generation projects development in China, puts forward a series of suggestions, including setting up special supervision and management department, establishing waste incineration power generation fund, making specialized regulations for garbage power generation, strengthening the propaganda, the implementation of waste classification and so on, in order to provide the theory reference for the healthy development of the waste incineration power generation projects in China.
