摘　　要：从安全文明施工费、变更、暂估价、发包人认价时效、预付款支付、进度款计量与支付、竣工结算、最终结清共八个方面对比分析13版清单计价规范与13版施工合同示范文本矛盾之处,并提出改进建议。The article analyzes the contradiction between inventory valuation norms of 2013 version and construction contract model text of 2013 version, mainly from the aspects of the cost of safe and civilaized construction, alteration, estimating temporarily price, developer think price limitation, advance payment, the process model of measurement and payment, final account for completed project, and final settlement. At the same time, offers some suggestions for improvement and expectations.
