摘　　要：基于2013版清单计价规范,运用精细化管理思想,对全过程造价管理的具体要求进行深入分析,并总结清单计价模式下建设项目决策、设计、招投标和施工及结算各阶段的工程造价精细化管理要点。Based on the 2013 version of inventory valuation norms, uses meticulous management thinking to analyze the specific requirements for whole process cost, summarizes the main points about meticulous management of project cost in construceion project decision-making stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction and final accounts stage based on the new 2013 valuation norms.
