摘  要:针对贵州某微细浸染型金矿,采用硫氰酸盐法进行浸出试验研究。通过试验得出直接浸出条件为:NH4SCN用量0.4 mol/L,KMn O4用量10 g/L,p H=2,液固比4∶1,在此条件下,金浸出率为49.71%。将原矿进行强化浸出,在Q-1和Q-3联合作用并增加充气的条件下,浸出条件与直接浸出一致,金浸出率明显高于直接浸出的浸出率,高达86.16%。For the micro-disseminated gold ore from Guizhou Province in China,experiment was conducted with thiocyanate leaching. Through a series of tests,the direct leaching conditions are ultimately determined as follows: with doses of NH4 SCN and KMn O4 recommended at 0. 4 mol / L and 10 g / L respectively,p H value at 2 and a liquid-solid ratio of 4∶ 1,the gold leaching ratio can reach 49. 71%. Moreover,if an intensified leaching process is adopted by using a combination of Q-1 and Q-3,as well as increasing aeration,the gold leaching ratio can be obviously increased up to86. 16% with other conditions same as that of direct leaching.
