摘　　要：郑珞是明代宣宗、英宗时期的宁波知府，其进士出身，由刑部主事转做宁波知府，在位期间在文化建设、市政建设等方面都要很高的建树。深得百姓爱戴。研究郑珞其人及为官之道对于研究宁波地方文化具有重要作用，对于当今的基层社会治理也有很大的启发。Zheng Luo was the magistrate of Ningbo prefecture during Emperor Xuanzong and Yingzong period in Ming Dynasty. As a scholar with the rank of ＂Jinshi＂in the imperial exams, he was employed by the Ministry of Justice and then appointed as the magistrate of Ningbo prefecture. During his administration, Zheng Luo made great achievements in local cultural development and urban infrastructure construction, which were highly appraised by citizens. The study of Zheng Luo＇s personality and his ways to govern Ningbo will have significant importance to the study of Ningbo＇s local culture and provide great revelation to grass-root social governance for contemporary society.
