摘　　要：对北京市某小学一起急性胃肠炎疫情进行调查,采集粪便标本和环境样本检测诺如病毒并进行基因测序。本次疫情涉及8个班级,发生病例51例,流行历时3天,罹患率为13.5%。9份患者粪便标本中8份检出诺如病毒,阳性率达88.9%,在首发病例家中洗手池和坐便池涂抹标本检出诺如病毒。选择阳性标本进行序列分析结果为诺如病毒GⅡ.7型。An outbreak of acute gastroenteritis occurred in a primary school in Dongcheng district in Beijing. Field epidemiological survey was conducted to identify the pathogen and risk factors by detecting cases＇ stool samples and environment samples. The outbreak lasted for 3 days, affecting 8 classes and involving 51 cases. The attack rate was 13.5%. Norovirus was detected in 8 of 9 stool samples （ 88. 9% ） and norovirus was also detected in the smears of household hand washing sink and toilet of index case. The gene sequencing indicated that the pathogen belonged to norovirus G typeⅡ. 7.
