摘　　要：目的:对影响空白泡腾栓发泡量的因素进行考察,为含药泡腾栓的制备提供借鉴与理论依据。方法:采用发泡实验,以最大发泡量为筛选指标,对影响泡腾栓发泡量的因素进行考察。结果:以聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯(S-40)及甘油混合物作为空白泡腾栓基质发泡效果好。结论:S-40及甘油混合物是良好的泡腾栓基质。Objective： To investigate the influencing factors for the foam volume of blank effervescent suppositories to provide reference and theoretical basis for drug-containing effervescent suppositories. Methods： Foam experiments were carried out using the maximum foam amount as the index to screen and optimize the formula. Results： The formula of blank effervescent suppositories with polyoxyethylene monostearate （S-40） and glycerin as the bases showed the best foaming effect. Conclusion： S-40 and glycerin are the effective bases for blank effervescent suppositories.
