摘  要:目的:通过对不同批号苍耳子刺、去刺苍耳子、苍耳子中主要有效成分绿原酸、1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量进行测定,对苍耳子去刺是否会对药效产生影响进行探究。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长:328nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μl;流动相:A相:乙腈,B相:0.16%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱对苍耳子不同部位的主要有效成分绿原酸1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量进行测定。结果:绿原酸和1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在苍耳去刺果实中含量高,而刺中含量低,苍耳子去刺具有一定的合理性。结论:该方法科学先进,稳定可行,实验结果可靠,为苍耳子须去刺工艺的合理性提供了一定依据。Objective: To determine chlorogenic acid and t ,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid in the thorn of Fructus xanthii, deburring Fructus xanthii and Fructus xanthii with different batches to explore the effect of deburring process on the effectiveness. Methods: The HPLC column was Kromasil-C18 (250mm×4.6min,5μm), the detection wavelength was 328 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ -1, the column temperature was 25 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μl, and the mobile phase A was aeetonitrile and mobile phase B was 0.16% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. Results: The contents of chlorogenic acid and 1,5 dicaffeylquinic acid in the deburring fruits of Fructus xanthii were high, while those in the thorn were low, which showed the rationality of deburring process. Conclusion: The method is scientific and advanced, stable and feasible with reliable results, which provides reference for the deburring operation of Fructus xanthii.
