摘 要:为适应统治先进地区的需要,改变文化、政治统治上的不适应,拓跋鲜卑改弦更张、变夷从夏,积极推进文教治国的方略。作为政治中心的宫廷,广泛聘请汉族知识精英,搭建宽松的沟通平台,营造良好的文化氛围,使之成为新的学术重镇,对内徙胡人的汉化、文士化及贵族化产生示范、导向和推动作用。北魏宫廷定期举行丰富多彩的文化活动,主要有讲学研讨、学校教育、藏书校勘、游园宴饮等。该时期的宫廷学术植根中原肥沃的文化土壤,在特定历史环境下形成鲜明的特点,它以河北学风为灵魂,奉行兼容并包的原则,胡人的角色意识渐趋增强,为华夏文明的保存及提升做出难以磨灭的贡献。The cultural and educational policies were much improved by the rulers of the Northern Wei dynasty to meet the demands for efficient administration of the developed regions. The imperial court as the political center invited widely the Han intellectual elites and established an efficient communication platform to construct a favorable cultural atmosphere. The new academic base served as the pro- moter and guide for the Hu people's Hanization, seholarliness and nobility. A variety of cultural activities were held in the imperial court, including the lecture, school education, libraries and feasts. The court academia was rooted in the fertile culture of the Central Plains with typical historical and academic features as well as the principle of all- inclusiveness, which made an indelible contribution to the development of Chinese civilization.
