摘 要:目的:评价多维互动教学模式在临床医学专业《流行病学》教学中的效果。方法:将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组沿用传统流行病学教学方法;实验组采取多媒体教学、案例教学、模拟授课、普通讲授相结合的教学方法。结果:实验组期末成绩优于对照组(t=11.23,P<0.001),7项评价条目中6项实验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在流行病学教学实践中以"多维互动论"作为出发点来设计教学方法,可以收到良好的效果。Objective: To investigate the effect of multi - dimensional interactive teaching mode in epidemiology of clinical medical. Methods: A total of 508 five- year clinical medical students were equally devided into a control group and an observation group randomly. 'The control group was given conventional teaching method, while the observation group adopted a variety of teaching methods including multi media teaching, case teaching, simulation teaching, general teaching, etc. Results: The final results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group ( t = 11.23, P 〈 0. 001 ) ; in the 7 item evaluation sheet, the positive appraisal rates of 6 items in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: In the epidemiology, "multidimensional interaction theory"as a starting point to design the teaching method can get good effect.
