摘　　要：在对国内外阅读推广的理论研究与实践进展进行归纳总结和综合分析的基础上,借鉴国外成功经验,提出我国阅读推广长效发展的路径设计思路:完善(全民)阅读推广法律保障、统一全民阅读管理机构和组织规划、建立阅读推广教育课程体系、搭建阅读推广网格化系统、建立阅读活动绩效评价指标体系等,以推进我国阅读推广活动保持长效、稳定发展,提高国民素质。Based on comprehensively analyzing the progress in theoretical research and the practice at home and abroad to promote reading, this paper used foreign successful experience as reference for theoretical research and practical activities to guide the domestic reading promotion, the author proposed a series of measurements, such as establishing the promotion of reading edu- cation curriculum system, building the reading promotion grid system, improving the legal protection of nationwide reading, unify- ing the reading management organization and organization planning, establishing performance evaluation index system of reading activities, to propel our country＇s reading promotion activities to maintain long- term stable development and enhance the quality of citizens.
