摘 要:以己内酰胺和聚醚硅油为原料,通过熔融缩聚制备了PA6–聚醚硅油共聚物,用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、热重(TG)分析对共聚物的结构和热稳定性能进行表征,研究了聚醚硅油用量对共聚物的抗静电性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚硅油和PA6预聚体之间发生了酯化反应;共聚物热稳定性良好,起始热分解温度在380℃以上;聚醚硅油的加入降低了PA6的表面电阻率,达1×109Ω;聚醚硅油对PA6有一定的增韧作用。PA6–polyether siloxane oil copolymer was synthesized by melt-polycondensation with carprolactam and polyether siloxane oil. The structure and thermal stability of copolymer were studied by FTIR and TG. The effect of mass fraction of polyether siloxane oil on antistatic and mechanical properties of copolymer were researched. The results show that esterification reaction occurred between PA6 pre-polymer and polyether siloxane oil. Copolymer has good thermal stability and initial decomposition temperature was above 380℃. Polyether siloxane oil was added to effectively reduce the surface resistance of PA6 to 1×109 Ωand increase the toughness of PA6.
