摘 要:模拟研究了模壁温差干扰对分支形模腔不平衡充填流动的影响,揭示了其产生机理。研究表明:前沿穿透不平衡充填流动是由各分支前沿穿透流动阻力的不平衡而诱发,前沿穿透流动阻力具有自平衡特性是抑制不平衡充填流动的前提条件。在模壁温差干扰下,若芯壳层相黏度比大于1,芯层相前沿穿透流动阻力具有自平衡特性,使其前沿穿透始终处于平衡充填流动状态,若芯壳层相黏度比小于1,芯层相前沿穿透流动阻力不具有自平衡特性,使其前沿穿透始终处于不平衡充填流动状态,其不平衡充填程度随着模壁温差干扰增强而加剧,当模壁温差达到7℃时,水的前沿穿透出现单边充填流动状态。How to control unbalanced filling flow in molding process is the technical bottleneck of water-assisted co-injection molding the branch-shaped multi-layer composite products. The influence of the die wall temperature difference interference of branch die cavity on water-assisted co-injection molding unbalanced filling flow was investigated by numerical simulation,and the mechanism was revealed by theoretical analysis. Research results show that front penetrating unbalanced filling flow is induced by the imbalance of front penetrating flow resistance in each branch,and it is the theoretical premise of inhibiting unbalanced filling flow that its front penetrating flow resistance has self-balancing features. In die wall temperature difference interference,if core-skin phase viscosity ratio is greater than 1,the core phase front penetrating flow resistance has also self-balancing features,which makes its front penetration show balanced filling flow state. But if core-skin melt viscosity ratio is less than 1,its front penetrating flow resistance has not self-balancing features,which makes its front penetration show unbalanced filling flow state. The degree of front penetrating unbalanced filling flow increases with increasing of die wall temperature difference,and when the die wall temperature difference reaches 7℃,water front penetration occurs unilateral filling flow state.
