摘 要:通过对环氧树脂(EP)基体黏温特性和凝胶时间的测定,并结合热熔胶膜法预浸料实际制备过程中温度、黏度以及其它因素对树脂成膜性和纤维浸渍效果的影响,制定了合理的热熔法预浸料制备工艺。试验表明,该EP体系适用于热熔法制备工艺。最后还分别对热熔法和溶液法制备的预浸料的物理性能和力学性能进行了比较。结果表明,热熔法制备的预浸料质量一致性好,挥发份含量低,而且在预浸料力学性能方面也优于溶液法。The reasonable manufacturing technology of EP/CF prepreg with holt-melt adhesive film method were established, according to the tests of viscosity-temperature characteristic and gel time of EP matrix,and combining the influence of temperature, viscosity and other factor on forming property of EP and dipping result of CF. The test result show that the resin is appropriate for manufacturing technology of hot-melt method. At last,the physical properties and mechanical properties of prepreg prepared by hot-melt method and solution method were compared. The results indicate that the quality of prepreg prepared by hot-melt method is more identical,content of volatiles is lower,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are better than those of prepregs prepared by solution method.
