摘 要:选用活性炭作为吸附载体,聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)的混合物作为包埋载体,实验发现活性炭含量、包埋载体中PVA和SA的含量、交联时间对小球的固定化效果有重要影响。设计正交实验对这4个因素进行优化,得到优化固定化条件为:PVA、SA、AC的质量分数分别为8%、0.5%、1%,交联时间为12 h;在温度30℃、p H为7、振荡速度150 r/min、处理时间48 h的条件下,固定化小球对贾鲁河河水NH3-N的去除率达到96.78%,明显高于游离菌70.29%的NH3-N去除率,具有高效去除的特点。Activated carbon was selected as the adsorption carrier with the mixture of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) as the embedding medium. It was found that the concent of activated carbon, the content ofpolyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) and the cross-linking time had a significant influence on the efficiency of immobilized beads. The abovementioned four factors were optimized by orthogonal tests. The optimum imbedding condition was mass fraction ofpolyvinyl alcohol being 8%, sodium alginate being 0.5%, activated carbon being 1%, and cross-linking time 12 h. Under the conditions of the temperature being 30 ℃, pH being 7, oscillation speed being 150 r/min and the processing time being 48 h, taking the water in Jialuhe River as a sample, it was found that the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the immobilized bacteria reached 96.78%, which was significantly higher than that of free bacteria (70.29%), indicating its characteristic of high removal efficiency.
