摘  要:为了研究生物粉末活性炭与超滤组合工艺膜污染物质种类特性,在中试工艺稳定运行情况下,分析了膜面微生物产物,膜丝表面元素含量,膜池及膜丝不同部位的污染物种类。结果表明,膜丝表面的微生物产物(EPS)含量较高,会使滤饼层更加密实,增大跨膜压差;膜面污泥和水洗后膜丝的提取物中含有相似的腐殖酸、富里酸类、蛋白质类物质,其中造成膜丝污染的主要是蛋白质类物质或大分子的腐殖酸;污泥中除含大量有机物外,还有不少铝系水解产物残留以及铁锰化合物等,也会在一定程度上增加膜污染的程度。In order to study the features of membrane contaminants about biological powdered activated carbon and ultrafiltration combined process, the extracellular polymers on membrane surface, as well as the element of membrane cisterna and the contamination of rnombrane and membrane cisterna, under the steady running condition of pilot-scale process were analyzed respectively. The results showed that the foulants on the membrane surface containedplentyofEPS, which could make filter cake layer dense and increase the transverse membrane pressure; the extractive ofcleaned membrane cisternaand sludge on the membrane surface had similar foUlants such as humic acid, fulvic acid and protein pollutants, of which the protein and macromolecule humic acid were the main membrane contaminants. Except abundant organic matters, residues of aluminum, iron and manganese compounds were also detected in the foulant of pilot-scale membrane, which could also increase the membranes fouling to some externt.
