摘 要:开发了5种棉空芯纱织物和及5种相同原料和组织的普通棉织物,研究棉空芯纱织物的保暖性和快干性。分别比较其中6种织物的厚度、面密度、保暖率、热阻和导热系数,以及另外4种织物的残水率,并对比分析棉空芯纱织物和普通棉织物保暖性和快干性。数据分析结果与理论研究相吻合。研究旨在为进一步提高棉空芯纱织物性能提供理论支持。5 kinds of ordinary cotton yarn and 5 kinds of cotton hollow yarn fabrics with the same raw materials and structure were developed. Different fabrics were used to study the fabric warmth and quick drying respectively. 6 kinds of fabric thickness, weight, warmth retention rate, thermal resistance and thermal conductivity were compared and residual water rates of other 4 kinds of fabric were compared. And the difference of warmth retention and quick drying between the cotton hollow yarn fabric and the ordinary cotton yarn fabrics were analyzed. The results of data analysis were consistent with the theory result, which can provide theoretical support for improving the hollow yarn fabric performance further.
