摘 要:采用ZetasizerNanoS90型激光粒度分析仪对纳米磷酸铁粉体进行粒度测定的实验研究。主要考察了分散剂及其用量、超声时间、磷酸铁在测定液中的含量等因素对粉体分散性能及粒径测定的影响,确定了纳米磷酸铁粉体粒度分析的最佳条件,即以蒸馏水为分散介质,质量浓度为1g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠为分散剂,纳米磷酸铁质量浓度为0.2g/L,超声时间为15min时,激光粒度仪测得的结果与扫描电镜表征结果基本一致。The particle size of nano iron phosphate powder was experimentally measured with Zetasizer Nano S90 laser parti- cle size analyzer.The effects of the factors, such as kind and dosage of dispersant, ultrasonic time, and content of iron phos- phate particles in solution ,on powder's dispersive property and the measurement results were examined.The optimum analy- sis conditions were confirmed as follows: distilled water as the disperse medium,the sodium dodeeyl sulfate mass concentra- tion was 1 g/L (dispersant), the nano iron phosphate mass concentration was 0.2 g/L, and the ultrasonic time was 15 min.The measured results of laser particle size analyzer were basically in correspondence with that of scanning electron microscopy.
