摘  要:分别以纳米氧化铝、氢氧化铝及异丙醇铝为原料,采用液相浸渍法对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料进行氧化铝包覆,考察不同包覆源在LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料表面进行氧化铝包覆后对材料电化学性能的影响。SEM及XRD结果显示,产物为层状α-NaFeO2结构,氧化铝均匀包覆在LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料表面。充放电性能测试结果表明,在3种铝源中,以异丙醇铝为包覆源的材料性能最佳:在3.04.6V的电压下,0.1C倍率下首次放电比容量为196.1mA·h/g,1C下循环50周后容量保持率为95.6%。The LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was coated with A12O3 by liquid impregnation method using nano A12O3 ,AI (OH)3,and aluminum isopropoxide respectively as the starting materials.The effects of different A12O3 sources coating on the surface of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 material on the material's electrochemical properties were investigated.Results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the product had parent hexagonal ot-NaFeO2 structure and the Al2O3 was uniformly coated on the surface of material.Of all the three samples ,the sample that using aluminum isopropoxide as the starting material had the best electrochemical performance.The initial discharge specific capacity at 0.1 C was 196.1 mA.IVg under the voltage range of 3.0~4.6 V. The capacity retention of the best sample was 95.6% at 1 C after 50 cycles.
