摘　　要：时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术是一种新型的超微量免疫标记分析方法,集酶标记免疫分析和放射免疫分析等优点于一身,具有无放射性、无背景光干扰、灵敏、稳定、线性范围宽、操作简便、分析速度快等优点,已广泛应用于临床医学检测、食品安全快速检测等领域。本文就时间分辨荧光免疫分析的原理及在兽医学中的应用作一综述。Time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay（TRFIA） is a new immunoassay technology with sensitive, stable, wide linear range, simple procedures, rapid analysis and all advantages of enzyme im- munoassay and radioimmunoassay, It is extensive used in medical clinical and food safety detection. In this paper, we summarized the principle and application of TRFIA in veterinary medicine.
