摘 要:针对压裂泵泵阀的使用寿命短,制约压裂泵朝高压、高冲次、大排量方向发展的现状,利用CFD软件对泵阀在不同升程和锥角下的内部流场进行数值计算,分析了泵阀锥角对阀隙流速、流量系数及稳态液动力的影响。结果表明:速度最大值发生在阀盘两底角处,泥浆颗粒因漩涡而堆积在阀座处,是泵阀失效的两个主要原因;在泵阀的升程一定时,泵阀锥角的增加对阀隙流速、液动力有减小的作用,而流量系数在锥角为120°时取得最大值。The short service life of the fracturing pump valve makes it difficult for the pump to develop to high power and pressure as well as large volume.The inner flow field of the valve was simulated and calculated at different lift and taper by CFD and the influence of valve taper on velocity, discharge coefficient and steady-state flow force was analyzed. The results show that the main invalidation of the valve is the maximum velocity which exists at the bottom angles of the valve, and mud particles which stays on the seat due to the vortex. If the taper increases, the flow velocity and steady-state flow force are reduced effectively while the lift of valve is constant, and the coefficient of discharge gets its maximum when taper is 120°.
