摘　　要：大数据已经成为当前信息技术产业最受关注的概念之一。本文分析医疗大数据对科研管理的影响,提出在医院科研管理领域应当重视对大数据价值的深入分析与挖掘,培养医学科研新思维、建立医学科研新模式、提供医学科研新动力;分析大数据环境下医院科研面临的挑战,提出医院大数据建设应把握的几个问题。Big data has become one of the concepts of current information technology industry＇s most popular. This paper analyzes the impact of medical data on the management of scientific research, proposed in the hospital scientific research management should pay attention to in - depth analysis and mining on big data value, cultivate new thinking and medical research to establish a new model of medical research, provide new impetus medical research; analysis of a large data environment of hospital research challenges, and puts forward some problems in the construction of hospital data.
