2014年轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2014年轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床特征。方法对郑州大学第三附属医院儿科收住院的160例轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果在一年四个季度中均有轮状病毒肠炎患儿,主要表现仍为腹泻、呕吐、发热、脱水等,其中1例合并病毒性脑炎,5例并发肺炎,22例并发高热3d后热退疹出,13例出现感染后低体温,21例白细胞降低,17例出现白细胞增高,心肌酶增高152例。结论轮状病毒肠炎患儿出现热退疹出、低体温、白细胞变化及四季散发是2014年轮状病毒肠炎出现的临床特征。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with rotavirus enteritis in 2014. Methods Analysis of The third affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university, department of pediatrics collect the clinical data of 160 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis. Results In a year in the four seasons are children with rotavirus enteritis, main show still is diarrhea, vomiting, fever, dehydration, etc. including 1 case of merger viral encephalitis, 5 cases were complicated with pneumonia, 22 cases were complicated by high fever heat rash back three days later, 13 cases with hypothermia after infection, 21 cases of white blood cells decreased, 17 cases with higher white blood cells, increased myocardial enzymes of 152 cases. Conclusion Children with rotavirus enteritis in heat out rash back, low temperature and white blood cells in four seasons are 2014 virus enteritis clinical features.
