摘　　要：随着高校大学毕业生人数的持续增长,大学生就业形势愈发严峻。以全面质量管理为核心的PDCA理论,将高校的就业服务体系细分为计划安排、实施行动、检查评估和反馈改进四个阶段,并使之成为一个循环向前的进程模式,为缓解和解决高校大学毕业生的就业困境提供了一定的理论依据,同时对于高校大学生就业服务体系的内涵式发展和实践创新,具有积极而重要的作用。With the growing of number of college graduates, employment situation of college students becomes increasingly grim. The PDCA theory, based on the total quality management, separated the college employment service system as plan, do, check and action four stages, making it become a cycle forward process model, providing a theoretical basis to solve the employment difficulties of college graduates. Moreover, it has a positive and important role in the intensive development and practice of innovation about college students＂ employment service system.
