摘 要:在基因组非编码基因特异性的RNA分子表达产物中,长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)在许多生物学过程中发挥了重要的调节作用,越来越多的研究发现,lncRNAs还参与了一些疾病的发生发展过程。目前较多的研究热点集中于lncRNAs和肿瘤的关系上,但是近年来人们发现lncRNAs还可能在免疫调节的不同时期发挥调控作用:在固有免疫应答中调节了免疫细胞的发生发展;在适应性免疫应答中调节效应免疫细胞的应答敏感性。这说明lncRNAs可能参与一些自身免疫性疾病的发病过程,了解近年来lncRNAs与免疫调节及自身免疫性疾病相关的研究成果很有意义。Non-coding genes in genome express pruducts of special RNA molecules. Among these ex- pressed products, long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) play an important role in a variety of biology process, and many studies have found that lncRNAs also involved in the development of some diseases. Presently, many stud- ies focus more on the relationship between lncRNAs and tumor, but recently some studies found that lncRNAs may also play a role of in the regulation of immune system in different period: in the innate immune responses, lncRNAs can regulate the development of the immune cells,in the adaptive immune response,lncRNAs regulate the sensitivity of effector cells. This also indicate that lncRNAs may involve in the process of some autoimmune diseases. In this review, we provide a brief overview of the correlation between lncRNAs and immune regulation as well as autoimmune diseases.
