摘  要:在AZ91D镁合金表面利用化学转换膜法制备出锡酸镁膜层,该膜层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中通过溶解-再沉积的过程进行自我修复。其中,进行自我修饰4h后的膜层经硬脂酸修饰后,达到了超疏水状态。模拟海水测试评估了最终的超疏水膜层的耐蚀能力。利用XRD分析了膜层的成分,SEM、动电位极化方法跟踪膜层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中自愈过程中表面形貌和耐蚀能力的变化。重新阐释了锡酸镁膜层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的自愈机理。A stannate coating was fabricated on surface of AZ91 D magnesium by chemical conversion treatment(CC).The coating can go through a self-healing process by solving-reprecipitation mechanism in 3.5wt% NaCl solution.A superhydrophobic stannate was obtained after modifying the stannate coating with 4hself-healing process by using stearic acid.The corrosion resistance of superhydrophobic surface was valued by corrosion test in simulated seawater.The composition of coating was analyzed by XRD,and the change of morphologies and corrosion resistance were researched by SEM and potentiodynamic polarization in 3.5wt% NaCl solution.A new interpretation was provided for self-healing mechanism of stannate coating in 3.5wt% NaCl solution.
