摘  要:为保证宁夏电网统调上网发电厂站和电网侧220 kV及以上省级关口电能计量所属变电站同时满足"营销用电信息采集系统"和"电量计量系统"信息数据采集和安全接入要求,设计了"一发双收"技术方案:由1台现场采集终端通过计算机总线统一接收电能表信息数据,同时发送至2个系统;在电量计量系统数据库所在安全Ⅱ区与用电信息采集系统数据库所在安全Ⅲ区之间加装正反向网络安全隔离装置,实现通讯安全防护。应用结果表明:该方案达到了宁夏电网统调上网发电厂站和电网侧220 kV及以上变电站针对上述两个系统信息数据采集和安全接入的运行要求。In order to meet the demands of information acquisition and safe interconnection for‘marketing power consumption information acquisition system’and‘power measurement system’, and ensure power dispatching of power plants and 220 kV and above substations with gateway power energy measurement qualification in Ningxia power grid,designs the‘one sending and dual receiving’ technique scheme:using one computer terminal receives the information from wattmeters by data bus, and send to the two systems simultaneously,installs positive and negative network isolators between the safety area II(for database of electric measurement system)and the safety area III(for database of power consumption information acquisition system)to realize communication safety protection. The application result shows that the scheme achieved the demands of information data acquisition and safe interconnection for the two systems in Ningxia power grid.
